For account, billing, and general support inquiries.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a secure link to set a new password. The link expires after one hour.
Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete Account. Your account, posts, comments, messages, and uploaded media are permanently removed. If you cannot sign in, email hello@blipvibe.com from the email address on the account and we will process the deletion for you.
Make sure your file is under 500 MB and that your network connection is stable. iPhone HEVC clips are supported. If the upload still fails, please email us with the device, browser, and a description of what you saw.
Open the menu (⋯) on the post, comment, or profile in question and choose Report. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
Visit their profile and choose Block. Blocked users cannot see your content, message you, or follow you.
Email hello@blipvibe.com from the email on your account and request an export. We will send you a copy of your account data within 30 days.
BlipVibe does not tolerate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content. If you encounter material that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law, please use the in-app Report option or email us directly. Urgent safety concerns may be sent to hello@blipvibe.com with the subject line "URGENT".
